I think this side card is an exciting one. People keep saying the main event is bs, but the side card already makes UFC78 worth watching. It features Houston Alexander, Thiago Silva, Karo Parisyan, Ryo Chonan and Spencer Fisher. Lets take a look at their past fights below.
Houston Alexander vs Keith Jardine:
Alexander will be facing Thiago Silva this weekend, it is going to be a great fight. All of Alexander's KO wins are creating alot of hype for him. He is really looking to prove himself as one of the top fighters in the UFC's packed LHW division and this will be a good chance for him. Below is a fight between Alexander and the Dean of Mean. A slug fest between 2 hardhitters.

Diego Sanchez VS Karo Parisyan:
Karo Parisyan will be fighting Ryo Chonan and this is one fight Im looking foward to. Karo is a proven fighter and this is Chonan's UFC debut. Below is a very intense fight and arguably one of the best fights in the UFC between Karo and Diego Sanchez.

Spencer Fisher VS Sam Stout:
Spencer will be fighting Frank Edgar. Anytime you have Spencer, you are likely to have a hard fought fight. The fight below is a good example, it is a fight between Fisher and Stout, both gave their all.
