A Heavyweight match for title contention between Fedor and Herring at Pride 23: Championship Chaos 2. Fedor actually went into this fight as the underdog because he was rather unknown at that time. He certainly dropped a lot of jaws and sent a wakeup call to the HW division.

Sure got sloppy at the end though.
But seriously
Imagine if that first round went another 5 mins or so?
Who knows what would have happened.
Props to Heath Herring for not giving up early though.

I remember seeing this back in the day and thinking
"man, those are some HUGE shots from the guard, I think Nogueira can sub him early though" ...
And well, you know it didnt quite work out for nogueira either, he got the same treatment as Heath in this fight.
